Just wanted to let you all know about our website - English Channel Dare 4 Breast Cancer Care: ( bit of a mouthful I know!)

Over the next 12 weeks (!!) until I attempt to swim across the 34km English Channel to raise money for Breast Cancer Care WA, we will be posting up blogs of our training, information on our fundraisers, and on the day I do get to swim, I am hoping to have a GPS set up so you can follow my boat as I swim. We are hoping to raise $50,000 so you can see our progress on the website also.

We have two major fundraisers coming up, the first is a movie night, Pirates of the Carribean - on Stranger Tides ( Penelope Cruz and Gemma Ward are in this one!) on Friday 27th May.

The other one is a mouse racing fundraiser night on Saturday July 2nd.

Breast Cancer Care WA is a local charity who help people with Breast Cancer financially, emotionally and practically, and thanks to the WA community, all these services are free.

Both will include lots of raffles and prizes so keep a look out on the website for more information. I hope you can come along to one or both of these events, or if not make a donation on our webpage!!!
